An opportunity to spend 15 min with Kait over asking question and/or discussing aspirations for our time together
A “good fit” is an incredibly important aspect of coaching and counselling. Booking a consultation will provide an opportunity to ask questions, and help you determine whether or not you’ll feel comfortable and safe meeting with me for a longer session.
If you choose not to work with me, i’ll gladly offer recommendations and/or referrals given your specific preferences and needs.

Individual Counselling sessions delivered virtually in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you’re at.

50m sessions
Standard session for those wanting a concentrated therapy appointment and expect that their concerns can be addressed within this time.
75m sessions
Extended session ideal for those wanting to reduce time pressure when they expect there is a lot of ground to cover. This session length allows more time for goal setting and planning, or if needed, crisis intervention. (Subject to availability; daytime appointments only.)

I offer engaging, trauma-informed speaking sessions that blend somatic practices, mindfulness, and practical tools for personal growth. Rates
I aim to make therapy accessible for everyone, so I offer a supported rate based on need and availability.
If cost is a barrier, please let me know during your consultation, and we can find a solution that works for you.
I also offer a Pay-It-Forward option, allowing clients who are able to contribute at the regular rate to support others accessing counselling at the supported rate.
Coverage
Receipts are provided for all sessions, which may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits and are income tax deductible.
Please check your benefits plan to see if coverage is available for services provided by a Registered or Master Therapeutic Counsellor (MTC).
