Hi, I’m Kait —
I’m a Somatic Therapist, Master Therapeutic Counsellor, and a fellow human.
Through intentional listening, compassionate curiosity, and radical acceptance, I offer a grounded, embodied space where trauma can be processed and relationship with self and body restored—supporting a return to what’s already true beneath conditioning: your inherent goodness.
Together, we’ll explore your past and present experiences while making room for what’s possible, building internal resources that support greater ease, creativity, and flow.
Positionality
I’m a cis, heterosexual, middle-class woman of Northern European descent, currently in my mid-thirties. I live and work on Treaty 4 territory, in what is now Southern Saskatchewan. I do not live with disabilities.
I recognize the privileges I hold and am committed to ongoing reflection and accountability in relation to anti-racism, settler colonialism, ableism, classism, and cisheteronormativity. I welcome feedback in this work.
Approach
I draw from a range of practices and modalities to offer holistic, trauma-informed counselling and coaching. My approach is shaped by your unique hopes, challenges, and preferences—always tailored to meet your individual needs.
