GROWING WITH THE SEASONS:
Somatic Workshops for Sustainable Change
A yearlong body-based workshop series designed to help you slow down, listen to your self, and grow naturally—guided by the rhythm of the seasons.
You want change, but without forcing or burnout —just steady, body-led growth.
About the SeriesSerie
Rather than forcing change, we work with cycles of rest, emergence, expression, and release. Each workshop offers a moment to pause, listen inward, and gently reorient so you can ensure steady growth each season.
This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about returning to yourself, again and again.
-
This series is for you if you:
Want real change without forcing or burning out
Crave a deeper connection with your body and yourself
Are ready to move with the seasons instead of against them
Want support, guidance, and reflection along the way
Appreciate a gentle, sustainable approach rather than constant self-optimization
Have stopped seeing a counsellor and are in a “maintenance phase”
-
Most personal growth tools ask you to think your way forward. But your body holds its own wisdom—its own signals, needs, and seasons.
When change is rushed or forced, you may notice:
Repeating patterns despite your best efforts
Disconnection from intuition
Burnout from constantly “working on yourself”
A sense of movement without true arrival
This somatic workshop series offers a different approach: listening before acting, resourcing before stretching, releasing before reaching.
