Hi, I’m Kait —
I’m a trauma-certified Master Therapeutic Counsellor—and a fellow human.
With intentional listening, compassionate curiosity, and radical acceptance, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can bring your whole self—the good, the bad, and everything in between.
Together, we’ll explore your past and present experiences while holding space for your hopes for the future. Along the way, we’ll build meaningful skills and internal resources to support a renewed sense of possibility and fulfillment.

Positionality
I’m a cis, heterosexual, middle-class woman of Northern European descent, currently in my mid-thirties. I live and work on Treaty 4 territory, in what is now Southern Saskatchewan. I do not live with disabilities.
I recognize the privileges I hold and am committed to ongoing reflection and accountability in relation to anti-racism, settler colonialism, ableism, classism, and cisheteronormativity. I welcome feedback in this work.
Approach
I draw from a range of practices and modalities to offer holistic, trauma-informed counselling and coaching. My approach is shaped by your unique hopes, challenges, and preferences—always tailored to meet your individual needs.
Curious about how I work? I’m in the process of adding more info here—stay tuned!
